Hola, hacve tiempo que no escribía. Hoy se me ocurrió meterme en la cocina y crear. ]En mi casa tengo un árbol de palta (aguacate, avocado nut). Resulotó interesante hacer un "dip", muy sencillo y rico:
Mayonesa de Palta (Avocado Dip)
Ingredientes
Paltas no del todo maduras
Jugo de limón
Ajo
Mostaza
Salsa de ají picante
Sal fina
Preparación
Retirar la pulpa de la palta y procesar con los demás ingredientes hasta obtener una crema suave. Enfriar antes de servir.
Cuidado: dicen que no se conserva en el refrigerador pues se pone oscura y de gusto desagradable si la temperatura baja de 4° C.
Servir
Siempre fría, como “dip” para canapés y ensaladas, etc
